One room is available in our 3BHK flat at Empire Urbana, Nanakramguda, from 1st November. It's around 1.3 km from the Amazon office (HYD13).

About the room 🛏️

• Spacious semi-furnished private room with an attached washroom
• AC, geyser, wardrobe and mirror
• Bed available separately for ₹5K if needed

About the flat 🏠

• 3BHK with a large balcony and good natural light
• Fridge, sofa, washing machine, gas, WiFi and RO purifier
• Maid comes daily
• Two chill flatmates, working at Amazon, BAC
• Society amenities include a gym, parking and rooftop access

Rent and other costs 💰

• Rent + maintenance: ₹19K/month
• Setup cost: ₹16K (refundable share)
• Security deposit: ₹30K (refundable share)
• Maid charges (₹3.5K) and electricity (around ₹2.5K) are split between the three of us
• No brokerage

Looking for: A male flatmate, preferably a non-smoker.
