Hi all. Completed hiring manager screen and 3x panel for EPM ICT3 role. I thought it was all done. Recruiter asked for availability for another round with Eng Senior manager. Is this a good sign? Is it typical? What kind of questions to expect? Are the other feedbacks in or will it all be decided after this round? Any pointers are helpful.

Looking for any lease deals during this Memorial Day weekend. I missed out on the Equinox deals sometime back and looking around for similar ones. Is it better to wait until the end of the year? I'm okay to wait for a good deal.
