I recently joined accentute, the process is very hectic and full of toxic people. After 10 hour of shift I feel heavy headque every day and feel exhausted, every hour feel so hectic. After this I do not have energy to do anything, lost interest in everything after joining this company and cannot leave before 1 year. What should I do?
