Any help or any ideas? Fightcade runs very smooth, no problems on any other games, but when I play KOF98, it always desyncs within 30 seconds of the match

Its not my internet, my download speed is 900mbps up /down with ping of 3

Its not my computer, Windows 11 64bit, 32gbRAM, Nvidia 3070

Any help with be appreciated thanks
