GXR GR 50mm and 28mm 2.5f lens is still great.
The GXR A12 lens units still hold up beautifully. The 50mm and the 28mm (2.5f) are both a joy to shoot with.
That f2.5 is a touch faster than the f2.8 on the current GR III line, and it still delivers that bright, punchy rendering with plenty of sharpness. And honestly, the things you'd call "limitations" — no image stabilization, a base ISO of 200, the slow autofocus — are exactly what make it fun to shoot. It forces you to slow down and be deliberate, and that's part of the charm.
