Can you help me create an adventure?

Hello!

My player joindes an adventurer's guild ans chose their first quest! Upon the choices, I added a wild card ''confidential - to be discussed with the guild master".

And of course, that is the one they chose!
I now need to chose what quest it is!
The guild has rules and would not accept any quest that asks something illegal (theft, even for a stolen object - the city guard should handle that) and they will not accept quests with political influence (they will not chose a side in a war between two kingdom, exept if one of them is clearly evil) maybe). The guild master choses if the quest is too political to be done.

Because this quest is confidential, it also needs a good reason to be so.

Here is my idea, but feel free to give any other idea you have or twist or addition on this one.

I tend to care a lot about if thing make sense, and the tone of the campaign is mostly serious.

An elderly noble is dying (old age? sickness or maybe poison?), he has no current heir, as his son disapeared? was kidnapped? ran away? a long time ago. But he now want to try and find his heir again before his death...

I feel like it could make a great quest, but i lack on the details and anything you could bring would be appreiciated!

I think it could be nice to have them trace the reasons of the diseaperance of the the heir, and I think it could be fun to add a red hearring that lead to the truth.

They easylly find a heir, turns out he was kidnapped by bandits and could not escape for years... But is strange and the PC uncover the truth : it was a scheme from the bandits to acces the noble man's wealth. They poisonned him and paid witnesses to place one of them as the new head of the House.

But now, they have to search - again- for the true heir and what happened to him...

Do you have any idea to improve this? Do not wory if your idea is a bit far from what I had, I do not mind changing the story for a better plot!

I plan to write it into a ready to play adventure and shere it here once I have something good enough for my game!

Thank you for anything you can think of!

When do you stom bathroom stimulation?

Hello! I foster four orphaned kitten, they are now a month old. They started using the litterbox about a week ago on their own to pee, but pooping is rare. I still stimulate them after each meal, but they get really agitated, and often escape. Should I stop trying since they have a litter box? Or should I continue to make sure they poop every now and then?

When should I stop stimulating them for good?

Thanks for your help! I'm adding a few pics for cuteness!

Red spots on genital area? What could it be? TW: kitten genitals

Hello! We are fostering orphaned kittens, and one of them started having red very small dots appearing on his genital area. (See first pic- other are to share his cuteness!). I was wondering what it could be. He often pees on himself, so I first thought of urine scalding. We give him butt baths almost everyday when it happens. I do not stimulate him hard, I feather toilet paper over the area and he usualy pees really easily.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

Hello!

It is my first foster and I feel anxious about everything!

Here is Nyx, she is a two weeks old orphaned bottle fed kitten.

We had her for about ten days.

I can not pinpoint exactly when it started, but it has been at least 5 days.

She started sneezing regularly and this morning, she left milk traces on her blanket. There were none when she went to sleep and three hours later this is how we found it.

Before and after feeding, she sneezzes a lot. Six to seven Times in a row, and sometimes sneezzes out milk from her nose.

I contacted the shelter, but the vet was not available and there were of no help.

The lady told us it might be Coryza (not sure it is the same name - cat flu?) and to check her eyes start crying but it has been thee days and no sign of tears.

Or it might be milk in her lungs and she will almost certainly die.

Or she just eats too fast.

I feel lost. The milk sneezing occurs at least once every meal, but she eat well in correct position. She seems a bit less lively than her siblings but still hungry for food once woken up.

Tomorow the vet might be available, but I was wondering if one of you ever had this happen.

Thank you so much for any help!

Update : we went to the vet, the vet is not really worried about her and do not think it is aspiration. The lungs seems ok, it might just be regurgitation ( not sure it is the same in english), we will keep a close eye on her, but we feel a bit reassured.

Hello! It's my first set of foster kitten so I am a bit paranoid about them...

They are orphaned and bottle fed with KMR. They are now about 10/11 days old.

On the last two days, her fur around her neck started to thin out, I first thought I was paranoid about it, but I can now clearly see a bald spot on her neck.

Any idea where it could comme from and if I should worry?

She had two suckling sibling, but they are separated, she is with a sister that did not show any suckling behaviour, and I had been advised to let them be together as much as possible.

Thank you for any help!

Last pic because she is too cute not to share Edit : I tried with a UV light, but non glow, so I m pretty sure it is not ringworm

Hello!

Sorry, english is not my first language.

This is my first foster I am taking care of 4 orphaned kittens (they were found in trash). They are now around 10 days old, not all off them oppened their eyes yet.

I had them for a week, and they started suckling on each other. I separated them from each other. But one of them started suckling his own paws. They all have a soft blanket, and I added a momma cat plushie, but it dis not distract him from his own paws.

I do not know if I should worry about this behaviour. He does this even after eating, so I guess it is soothing behaviour, but I am worried he might hurt himself.

I would like your though on the matter. What should I do? I heard about bitter apple, but I worry they are too young to be in contact with those kind of substances.

He does not look hurt yet, but his fur on his paws show half cicles where he suckles.

I am not sure how to add pics, but I will try in the comments.

Thank you for any help!
