hi! i’m looking for people who might be interested in joining a silent reading club here in ormoc!
the idea is to meet up on weekends, try different cafés around the city, grab some coffee or food, and spend a few hours reading our own books together.
i thought it would be a nice way to meet fellow book lovers, especially for introverts or people who want to meet new friends without the pressure of having to socialize all the time. we can just enjoy our books, have our coffee, and talk whenever we feel like it.

hi! i’m hoping to find (or maybe even make) some new friends here in ormoc. 🥹 i’m a local, but i just moved back home last month after living in cebu for about 3 years, so i’m kind of starting over socially. i also work from home, which means i spend way too much time in my room and i’ve realized i really want to break out of that routine. i’m definitely an introvert, so going out and meeting completely new people is a little intimidating for me, but i genuinely want to put myself out there and make some new connections.

i’m into reading, journaling, thrifting, cafes, and just generally having slow, chill days. so if you’re also into books, we could literally sit in a cafe and silently read together or journal, thrift around, grab coffee, or just yap about random things and our current interests.
i’m not necessarily looking for a huge friend group or anything. even just finding a few people i genuinely click with would be nice. and if you’re also introverted or a little awkward at first, even better because we can be awkward together.
