Really didn't fancy it this morning, but so glad I went.
My 5am alarm went off and definitely didn't fancy it, but am so glad I got out for a short sunrise run, views like this make it worthwhile, as did the dip in the sea to cool off before work.

My first attempt at cross-hatching
I usually use pencil for shading but decided to attempt cross-hatching. Initially I was happy but now objectively feel that I need to add more depth. Your thoughts?

Superhalfs Travel & Run Partners Advice
Hi all, me and a couple of friends are looking to start our Superhalfs jouney, and I just wanted to know what your experiences are with the Travel companies that secure your race bib, is there a preferable one to use from the UK, and do they work out much more expensive than booking everything separately?
We are looking at doing a couple a year if we can, but if it's going to cost a small fortune for each then may not be feasible.

Gwynver - Trevedra Campsite
This is the view from the bottom of the campsite down near Sennen this bank holiday weekend. The campsite was incredible, spotless facilities and essentially your own beach.
