is it normal to have between 20-35fps WHETHER with graphics set to minimum or maximum in bodycam with my specs? also testing playing with frame generation and DLSS on and off

my cpu its only using around 35% and my graphics card its below 50%

ryzen 7 5700G

rtx 3060 12GB

32GB Ram

game installed in SSD

1080p 200hz monitor

also i tested with my screen on borderless, full screen, and windows full screen

i get mad when i see videos of people with my same graphic card getting 100FPS with only 16GB ram and worse CPU

PLEASEEEEEEEEE I LIKE THIS GAME BUT I CANT PLAY THIS LIKE THIS

And besides a French press, what do you think is the best method for making cold brew that you’ve tried?

At a random point during the raid, my PMC started twisting/glitching out and I couldn't shoot, reload, loot, or even EAT or DRINK. So, hoping to at least save my gear and praying nobody shot me since I couldn't fight back, I ran to the nearest extraction point, only to find out I couldn't even extract. :) By the way, look at my shadow.
