When I am riding trot my legs don't stand steady and it swings back and fourth. I don't know how to stop that. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Also I find it hard to sit on the horse when the horse's height is more. I don't know the correct way to do it. If someone can guide me.

(I have just recently started horse riding since 3 months and I want to learn better. I don't have a video right now to post, I will surely ask for correction advice after that.)
