is slightly loose stool normal or does it mean it’s not working? (iron bisglycinate)

i started taking two thorne ferrasorb pills every other day (now i’m taking it everyday because i started my period today) i noticed since i started taking it, especially with two pills, my stool is slightly more loose and greenish. before i started taking this supplement i was usually constipated. i also took another kind of iron before this too (polysaccharide complex) which made me constipated and just made my stool dark. i’m worried now that the loose stool is just all the iron that i took and didn’t absorb

has ezfe 200 worked for anyone or should i just switch brands? my ferritin has gone down a lot

i’ve been taking ezfe 200 elemental iron for almost 2 years off and on but mostly every other day and my ferritin had increased from 6 to 38 in the span of those 2 years and then all of a sudden 6 months later my ferritin dropped to 12 despite me still taking the iron. my dr told me to still take it but i feel like it hardly helps, it raises my ferritin so slowly and gives me constipation and i haven’t really felt any difference in my symptoms. i want to try taking thorne ferrasorb because maybe that’ll help more. i’m just so upset about my progress because my ferritin was the highest it’s been in years and now it’s back to being what it was a year and a half ago.

What dosage should I be taking? (iron bisglycinate)

in the span of 2 years i was taking 200 mg of polysaccharide iron complex and 500 mg of vitamin c and my ferritin went from 12 to 38 from the last time i checked it which was 6 months ago but it probably went down now because i haven’t been very consistent with taking it and im feeling symptomatic. i want to switch to thorne iron bisglycinate because i feel like the other one im taking isn’t fast enough and it gives me constipation and i heard this one works better. the only one i can find is the 25 mg one so do i take multiple in one sitting or do i space them out through the day? do i take them every day or every other day? is there anything else besides vitamin c i can pair with them that’ll make it more absorbable? i’d really appreciate some advice im so tired of feeling like crap 😞

could they have given me the wrong lab order or am i screwed

my sister and i got blood work done on Tuesday and she was going to get an iron panel and hormones and other stuff checked and i was supposed to get my ferritin checked. i got a test back today under my name but some of the tests don’t look like ones i did last time. but if it is mine then im screwed because the ferritin on there says 12 and 6 months ago it was 38. the hemoglobin and iron saturation was fine but im freaking out rn wondering how it could’ve gone down that fast idk if there was a mistake and it was my sisters tests instead but has this happened to anyone?? i can’t call my doctor about it until monday and im having so much anxiety
