Real Estate question for anyone with an opinion.

I wanna preface by saying this isn’t an advertisement bc I am not giving additional details, I wanna know what a good/bad/reasonable deal would be

Would you pay $2500 (utilities included) for a bedroom within a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Turnpike area with a couple in the other bedroom?

Private bathroom, but would be used by guests.

Free uncovered parking spot (driveway)

Shared office space for everyone’s desks.

Large kitchen and living area. Ocean view.
