We stayed here for 3D2N and had a relaxing stay since it’s a long weekend and National Day celebration.

Location
Perfectly connected to Marina Square mall, minutes from Suntec City, Marina Bay, and MRT stations. Extremely convenient for sightseeing, dining, and business.

Room – Deluxe Room
Spacious, modern, and immaculately kept. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light; the view across the city/bay was lovely. Bed was large, plush, and very comfortable – great sleep quality both nights.

• Amenities: Well-stocked minibar, premium toiletries, strong Wi-Fi, multiple USB & power ports.

• Bathroom: Clean, bright, separate rainshower & bathtub, hot water steady and powerful.

• Sustainable: There’s a sustainable water which you can refill anytime.

Upon checkout, I just pass the keycard since I don’t have anything to settle and very efficient

Just got back from our family trip to the Maldives, and I honestly couldn’t wait to share this. We stayed 6 days, 5 nights at The Residence Maldives at Dhigurah, and it was everything we dreamed of — and more.

✈️ Arrival

From the moment we touched down, we felt cared for. A huge thank you to Fathun, who met us right at the domestic terminal and assisted us through the process. I really appreciated her help — especially since I had to separate my gadgets and reorganise my hand-carry luggage.

We arrived late at night, but instead of a rushed check-in, we were taken straight to our villa, where a delicious dinner had already been arranged for us. That kind of thoughtfulness after a long journey? Priceless.

💙 Service that actually comes from the heart

It’s rare to visit a resort where every single department feels genuinely warm — but here, it was consistent across the board. Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, even the friendly buggy drivers — everyone greeted us with a smile.

Special mention to Housekeeping: our villa was always spotless, and on our very first night, they surprised us with a beautiful birthday arrangement to celebrate my niece’s birthday. Such a sweet gesture that made the occasion extra memorable.

🏝️ The resort itself — beautiful, peaceful, and huge

The property is stunning — beautifully designed, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. It spans two islands — Falhumaafushi and Dhigurah, connected by a bridge, and you can easily get around using the complimentary bicycles provided. Cycling between the islands became one of our favourite little rituals.

We also visited The Castaway Island — accessible via a 1km bridge, so serene and peaceful. It’s exactly the kind of place you go to disconnect completely.

Complimentary non-motorised activities were a lovely bonus too — we enjoyed snorkelling right at the jetty and kayaking, no extra charge. Great value and so much fun.

The Residence Maldives at Dhigurah isn’t just about luxury — it’s about how you feel while you’re there. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and a team that genuinely cares.
