So here's what happend, i was doing a couple ligbt rounds with the heavy bag, threw a right cross and felt a pop in my middle finger. For a second i thought i broke my knuckle or something, but upon further inspection my nail was bleeding. Could the cause be bad form? Bad wraps? If anyone could give their honest opinion it would be appreciated. The nail bleeding isn't really a concern, it was that popping sound in my hand.
