[request] how much energy is A-Train from The Boys releasing when he runs?

In the show The Boys there's a scene where the character A-Train, who can run really fast like The Flash or Quicksilver, runs into a prison camp and time slows to show how he's seeing it. Another character named Homelander, who is like an evil Superman, is shooting laser beams from his eyes, and the end of the beams are about a quarter meter out from his eyes, slowly progressing on their trajectory. Before the laser beams get to a half a meter A-Train runs, let's say 20 meters and: removes some pins from grenades on one guy, shifts the position of another by maybe a quarter meter, and then moves another guy half a meter.

So he's moving faster than light, moving up and down as he runs, and changing directions.

  1. What mass would he have to have for gravity to pull him down so he can take each step that fast?

  2. How much force is he exerting on the ground to push himself back up in his stride?

  3. How much of the earth would be destroyed by the energy released in that activity?
