Safe to drive?

Loaded this up. Clearly over payload, want to shovel some out and get it tomorrow but guy is telling me it’s fine. Idk if I agree. Have to drive 23 miles home, and let it sit while I’m at work. Should I shovel some out?

EDIT: Unloaded about half of it. Will pick up the rest tomorrow.
