Perhaps I’m being delusional but is there anyway Jeskai Blink can be salvaged? I’m thinking of making a version that uses bolts and [[Overlord of the Boilerbilges]] but I’m not sure if it’s fast enough :/

To make a long post short, [[Violent Outburst]] is back which gives ritual decks another 3 cmc spell to kick off the ritual cycle. Will this mean 4C has what it takes to become a contender in the new meta? I’ll certainly give it a crack with the list below but not sure how it will do against aggro decks like affinity especially now Boros isn’t there to keep it in check!
