My first (pair of) Nyota ever

I've been a Dimoo-Hirono-Chaka-Skullpanda collector (some plushies, some figures), and honestly I thought I would be sticking with just them. However, recently, I'd been feeling like I'm still looking for something but couldn't figure out what . . . until I read up some of the other IPs and felt drawn to Nyota.

Her design brought me back to the 90s: my childhood. When things were much simpler.

That was it.

Simplicity.

Nyota is simple, and that's where her charm lies. Her quiet, innocent charm. She is a reminder that things do not have to be grand or intricate to have a deeper meaning.

Getting her has made my inner child really feel seen. 💖

PS. Her eyes are huger than I expected, and I love them so much!! 😭

Are the pouched YFM series different from the foiled ones?

I'm not sure if I'm just tripping, but the top/head fur of my new Cerberus (pouched) looks and feels silkier than that of my old one (foiled)

I keep thinking that maybe my old one just got rougher due to the natural elements, but also, I could swear that her fur wasn't as silky/smooth when I first got her

Chaka Candlelit Wander

Hello! I got my first Candlelit Wander almost week ago, but only after two days or so, it no longer lights up. Changing the batteries into new ones didn't help. 🥲

Is there something that I can do to make it light up again? Or is there something that I could have done to prolong its usability?
