i grew up listening to classic rock like led zep, acdc, cream, and growing up opened up to artists like marvin gaye, nina simone, nirvana, joy division, but i want to broaden my horizons and listen to music that you'd say shaped a whole generation of musicians, or shaped even how music is written and recorded until now. i just want to have a broader pool of music to pull from as a musician creating their own original music as well. any recommendations are welcome. thank you
