Hey, im really sorry if this is stupid, but does anyone on here also have hypermobility but dont meet the criteria for a diagnosis.
Im hypermobile from the waist down, and in constant pain because of it, but because the Beighton scale focuses mostly on the arms and hands, I dont qualify. Also, any pain management tips would be appreciated
Hello, :), my name is Joy and im from Plymouth (the original one) and during WW2 the 29th regiment in the 111 Field Artillery battalion from Norfolk Virginia was stationed here in a place called Crownhill Fort, a victorian military fort.
Due to the fact that human nature has barely changed over the millennia and the primal erge to leave a mark on a wall to show where you have been persists, in 1943, two blokes wrote on a wall.
Now the fort is out of military use and is a heritage centre where we teach the history, and this Graffiti is behind plexiglass to protect it, and I was hoping to put a little plaque next to it with photos of the two men, and what we know about them, we know they did the D-Day landings and survived that.
This is where my request comes in, if anyone reading this is a relative, or knew them, and has a photo of one of them, id love to be able to put a face to the scribbles.
Their names are
●Sgt J. S. Holmes (we believe his first name is Jack)
●Sgt W. J. Bateman (possibly called William)
They would have been in the 29th regiment of the 111th,
They are the ones in hearts.

I bought this PC (i didnt build it, however i did change the fans to prettier ones that light up) it was £220 which I think is pretty good, compared to other prices on Facebook marketplace, I want to paint the case, but I dont want to/dont know how to strip it and rebuild it, im only going to paint the outside and the flat white bit at the front, and I plan on using enamel paint and a brush for most of it, should I? Or should I just paint the removable bits? Im really sorry its a stupid question but I dont know much about PCs and dont want to ruin anything, im planning on taping over the vents and ports and buttons and whatever,
Also, the Golden field on the cooler and the two tubes, are they OK to cover in a vinyl sticker or heat resistant tape? Or no?
Again, really sorry its a stupid question, im just awful at modern technology, (I got a degree in archaeology for a reason lol)
