I'm looking for some guidance on setting up Google Tag Gateway (GTG).

Background:

• Single GTM container across multiple domains.
• Server-side GTM is already set up.
• Each domain points to its own custom server endpoint using Google Cloud + Load Balancer (domain-wise configuration).
• Cloudflare is also in front of the setup.

I'm trying to enable Google Tag Gateway through GTM. Following Google's documentation, I went to GTM → Google Tag Gateway and attempted to link my Google Cloud project.

However, I receive the following error:

>The API it asks me to enable is the Network Services API.

Does the Network Services API need to be enabled before GTG can be configured via GTM with Google Cloud?

I couldn't find any mention of this prerequisite in the official Google documentation.

Has anyone encountered this before or successfully completed this setup? Any advice or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 21 years old and have completed my Bachelor's in Management Studies (BMS) with a specialization in Marketing.
I've worked in two previous jobs, and I'm now working full-time in an entry-level role at a digital marketing firm.

I've always found digital marketing interesting and that's why I decided to start my career in this field.
My goal is to continue growing in digital marketing and potentially move into paid marketing/performance marketing in the future.

At the same time, I want to continue my education without leaving my job, so I've been considering pursuing an online MBA.
I want to gain both work experience and qualifications together rather than taking a career break.

My questions are:

1. For anyone who wants to strat a career in digital marketing - does its degree make a difference for a high paying job or just experience and skills are okay?

2. What is the best source to learn from? platform courses or pursue it as a degree in online college courses

3. Please suggest me some good platform / college courses.

Hello folks,

I have a case of severe tracking confusion regarding server-side tracking via Stape.
We have a setup where we want to implement server-side tracking for abc.com.

User journey:

• User lands on abc.com and fills out a lead form
• They are then redirected to xyz.com
• On xyz.com, they select a service plan, add card/payment details, and start a free trial
• After this, they are redirected back to abc.com’s thank-you page

My concern:

How should we set up the custom domain in Stape so tracking remains first-party across both abc.com and xyz.com, while maintaining a unified user journey and attribution?
