Has anyone ever tried introducing beneficial insects around a central manure dump?

I was thinking about spiders initially. online it looks like there are other parasitical insects that target flies. I can easily find claims from different vendors. But I am not at all certain of the fly species in my area (San Francisco bay inland area). They have an enthusiastic growth cycle that involves manure so they are horse flies and some sense. But I’m not certain if the ones here consume blood, only because I’ve never been bitten the way that I have been on the East Coast.

TBH, my first thought wasn’t really spiders, but like 1000 geckos. But mainly because I like geckos. One typical night would kill them all, alas.

Companies with more than 50 employees in the bay area are usually required to offer the options. There are exceptions, and a number to call if you want to check on a company.

From the FAQ:

Employers must choose one (or more) of the following commuter benefit options to offer to their employees:

Option 1: Pre-tax benefit
Option 2: Transit or vanpool subsidy (or transit pass)
Option 3: Employer-provided transportation
Option 4: Alternative commuter benefit
Option 5: Telework
