Another quick sketch for my girl Dana

Just finished yesterday using Procreate on my iPad with pencil and watercolor brushes.
They only have a few brief shots at the wedding in the Sentinels movie, chasing each other around and eating cake, but surely there must have been one quiet moment when they stopped long enough to take a photo together. So this is how I imagine it. And when Vince and Jean left Earth, they would have taken this photo with them, something they could pull out and look at whenever they missed their son.☺️
It’s still for my dear Dana, and still drawn using the Markup tools in the iOS Photos app, which isn’t really meant for drawing. I do have Procreate Pocket installed, but I was just curious to see how far I could push one of the most basic built-in apps on an iPhone. 😁
Still a WIP. The iPhone’s built-in Photos app has so many different Markup brushes now that they’re more than enough for a quick colour sketch. Making good use of those little pockets of time on my commute, all for my beloved Dana.
These are a pair of early marker practice pieces of mine from a few years ago. I referenced a fellow fan’s artwork for the composition and reinterpreted the pose in markers, mainly to study how to render my boy Zor Prime’s iconic hair.
Copic’s purple range is kind of limited, so I mixed colours from the BV and V series. I ended up trying two different colour schemes but only finished the first one. Later I felt the second colour combination was closer to the original design, but by then I was too lazy to finish the face.
Bought these two recently and they finally arrived. The hoversled is meant for a Bioroid, not a Terminator, but I couldn’t resist putting them together right away 😅
