I'm about to solder up two mini kits (div6 business card sequencer and synth)

The way they're powered is by 9v battery put through a mono jack.

As far as I can tell, I can wire up two mono jack plugs in parallel to the battery and be able to power both units from a single 9v battery. I think they'll het the same voltage for each unit, but will drain the battery approx double speed.

Am I right with this, or is there something I don't know I'm missing?

edit: could I power 3 units in the same way for 1/3 battery life? or am I just better off with 3 batteries?
