why do they call you to confirm details, put it though and process it and when it’s rejected - not be able to tell you what the rejection reason is and you need to wait ages to find out the reason through a posted letter, instead of say, them just emailing you the outcome and reason???? i don’t understand and it feels so stupid..

any other credit card recommendations besides amex? i don’t want to give them any business at this point

my yearly salary more than 100k and i still get rejected for every amex card
