Stuck during playthrough
So, I'm not sure where to ask for hints, but the title says the whole thing. I'm currently playing P2 IS and I've reached the moment of "Muses" just getting formed. During the whole game I was kinda getting lost and not getting what shall I do or where to go, but right now it has reached it's peak. After some research, I believe I have to spread some rumors at the Detective Agency, since everything tells me there must be something at Mu, but nothing has changed there. Yet Todoroki just not at the Agency so I can't do that. Is there any checklist/guides/video that contain information about completing the game?
