Bandit Membership a scam?
Not sure if this is where to post, but I’ve had a terrible experience so far with the Bandit membership and curious if others are experiencing the same issues or have general thoughts on it?
I signed up for one earlier this year and went to a shake shack, showed the employee counter the bandit membership QR code when placing my order, it didn’t work and neither they nor the manager knew what the bandit membership was so I didn’t get the discount. I also tried to get my discount with the Feed using the same email of the bandit membership as my The Feed account and that didn’t work either.
I reached out to Bandit customer support and they apologized and said they would notify those parties and that all they could give me was a future 15% off code on a future shake shack order. What? That’s the same benefit I should be getting from the Bandit membership anyway.
To me this doesn’t seem right, but curious on others experience with the Bandit membership? Appreciate it!
