Post closing repairs

We bought and closed on a house sight unseen in Colorado (military).

As a part of the contract there was a lot of repairs that were supposed to be completed that were not.

Is there a leg to stand on going to court to get the home repairs completed?

Va home loan question.

I bought a house in Colorado Springs, I lived in it for a month but due to my lung issues I wouldn’t be able to live at that altitude. We are considering making it a rental to add to our portfolio. Would I be able to buy another home (closer to sea level) and count the rent? I have read that I need two years to offset the DTI

HVAC filter uncommon size

The I purchased a property and the builder of this property wrote these numbers on the outside but as you can see I think it should be a 16x27 and my other unit should be a 14x27.

This size seems pretty uncommon or like $15 a filter. Has anybody seen this? I don’t really trust builders but it looks like but air passes right by the sides of it and building up dust in the unit.
