So I took 600mg and 120mg caffeine this morning (8am), l also took a kpin around 4am. its currently 10am and im wondering if I should take the dxm around 3pm and take more pregabalin with it or if should wait until like 9pm and take the dxm with dph (50mg) just to avoid nausea and itchiness
