Selling a franchise to 2nd owner
When a current franchisee decides to move on is it common for the franchise owner to resell the franchise or the current franchisee?
Is it common to split the new sale between the franchise owner and the departing franchisee, if they have fulfilled their contract?
If not, how does it usually work? This is an online business that is housed in the owners website. Let me know if you need more info. Thank you.
