Thoughts on rust?

2015 4x4 with 85k miles. These are the photos I received from the dealership when I asked about rust on the underside. The truck spent some years in OH before returning to CO. Dealership asking price is 26k. What are your thoughts?

2015.09.12 :: Red Rocks Amphitheatre :: Morrison, CO

This show was straight fire from beginning to end with an absolute banger of a set list. Many of the songs had reworked jams with some of my favorites being Arigato, HHHF, Dance and Poseidon. Also, the Modular improv was just amazing to witness. Enjoy!
