Will i get sick if i smoke once?
I have been using mainly dab pens since i was 16, i am now 21. I have known I had chs since i was 18 and have been stupidly getting into bad habits on and off. I would smoke for a few months and end up getting sick for days on end. Then once i get better- after how ever many days or a week or more of severe vomiting, hunched over when walking, screaming and such- i go right back to it. The past “episode” if you will happened after a long time of smoking, probably a bit over a year. I was certain that i was miraculously cured of CHS for good given how long i went! But it went bad again and it lasted 5 days and was agonizing to say the least. I had been sober from weed for 3 weeks until 3 days ago i got drunk and stupidly hit a friends pen twice and got high. I do not feel any more sick than i had previous days post recovery so that is good. What i am wondering is does anyone think i will go into a full blown 5 day episode or anything close to it even if i smoked just that once. I am not going to smoke again i know it now, i have my limits on drinking going forward and the stress i had put my loved ones through feels so sickening to me and selfish. I am assuming no body here is a doctor or a specialist on chs, but i was hoping maybe someone had some insight on this? I have been feeling so miserable since that night i got high and am fearing for the worst. Ty for any replies i feel pretty alone and i appreciate anyone responding !!
