Rude Client

I am a caregiver and work for a home health company. I recently picked up hours with a client. The only client available because it’s been extra hard getting hours. I only have this job. Anyways, she was nice to me at first but after just 2 weeks she started yelling. She raises her voice whenever you try to help or follow safety guidelines. My home health company is aware of how she is, and they stated that she’s just going through a lot, asked us not to take it personally, and to be understanding and see the bigger picture. Would it be wrong of me to ask her not to yell?? Or should I just ask to be removed? Transfers can be hard especially when she yells. It’s embarrassing, too, because she’ll yell at you in front of other people and say, “You are not doing it right!!” At times I’m scared to even help her because she’ll yell and make you feel like you did something wrong or like you suck. She is rude but has her moments of kindness.

Advice please

Hello everyone!

I'm posting this to ask for some advice on how I should move forward or who I might connect with regarding this situation. I have a professor who has been making things incredibly stressful, not just for me but for my other classmates as well. Her communication skills are lacking. She has been canceling classes without explaining why. She cut about 50% of our assignments, so we now have fewer due dates. She takes forever to post our assignments for the week so the due dates keep getting pushed back and we only have a few weeks left. She hasn't graded half of the assignments we've submitted so far, and we only have about three weeks left of school. She also doesn’t respond to our emails. For example, my friend from class emailed her four days ago, and she hasn't replied. I once emailed her, and she never responded, so I followed up. Instead of answering or being helpful, she just repeated that she replies to emails within 24 hours. She's also a very harsh grader and isn't clear about her expectations, so half of the class is struggling. She expects us to already know everything, and it seems like she forgets we are still learning. This is a microbiology class, and it's really important we pass! What would you suggest we do? Are we overreacting? She might be dealing with some personal issues, but it would help if she was more communicative.
