i've recently been working on a website to follow MEOVV's activities, to be used by old and new PAWMPAWMs. i realized that our fandom doesn't have a centralized location for all news, so thtought this would be helpful. if you're familiar with other fandoms, think of this is twicenest.com / qwerflix.com / rachive.page but for MEOVV specifically..

Insight into Imperial MSc Physics

recently admitted to both MSc Physics w/ Extended Research @ Imperial and MSc Physics @ Brown University. research and program for at both are good for me (particle physics)

for imperial msc programs, how hard is it to find an advisor and when’s the earliest you can join a group and start working on research?

additionally, I am not fully set on pursuing a PhD following graduation. how hard is it to find a job/internship in the US with a degree from Imperial?

For reference, I’d be recruiting for an internship + possibly full time in software engineering/tech-related, and I’ve worked as a SWE intern at big tech for multiple summers. (I’m also a US citizen, so sponsorship not necessary)

if there is any advice you can offer at all like what free you to imperial, would be great! thanks in advance !!
