I hear people talking about extraction of solubles, but talking about strength as though it's totally seprate. To my simple mind there's a clear connection, so there's something I am missing.

For whatever reason they've really appealed to me, very 1960s/70s. I'm guessing they are made by Bodum, but a quick search earlier in the week delivered nothing to me.

I'm very curious about using this brewer and having really enoyed the first two, keep hoping for the third.
