This is absurd. I'm already not wild about this pump. Having negligent customer service isn't helping the matter. The algorithm is a little better than tandem but overall I'm missing my old tslim.

I recently switched to the 780 in January and have been using the extended 7day infusion sets. The past 2 weeks I've only gotten 3 days before it gets inflamed and itchy to the point of driving me crazy. I've been placing it at my abdomin and am now changing to my lower hip/butt. Hope it's location specific.
I go through 80-90 units per day and have been pumping 20+years (started with the deltec cozmo).
Any body else having problems with the extended infusion sets? I used similar 3 day sets with the tslim, with no problems.
