Enough "this season we must win the title" bs
Guys, this club is in the worst spot it's been since.... yeah. There is need for long-term changes from top to bottom. Looking for quick fixes and immediate turn-arounds is exactly why every damn decision seems rushed and ends up backfiring, and the club does it every damn year waiting for it to somehow turn out differently. Untill the mentality at the highest level changes, nothing will change
