Hi! I’m a clinician working on a quality improvement project. I need to run a report of patients who have been hospitalized (inpatient) over the past 90 days who have a hearing device documented in the nursing assessment flow sheet

I have never ran reports so I need step by step instructions. My analytics team is about 3-4 months behind and will not be able to help in time.
