Can someone tell me if this seems right?

I used 4 hours PPTO. My PPTO was 4:12hrs. This screenshot shows balances AFTER I submitted the request, my attendance points updated to 3.5 and the PPTO balance was 0:12hours.

A week later, I noticed the points updated to 4 points. Talked to my PL, and they said, "You must have had less than 4 hours. He said even though the ppto balance showed 4:12, the balance on my phone is always wrong. He said only the computer shows the correct balance.

He said the system said I had 3.45 hours PPTO.

I pulled up my balance on the computer, and it matched the current balance on my phone. I showed him, and he just shrugged it off.

If I knew I was going to get a full point I would rather not have wasted the 4hrs. 🙁
