Has anyone done this and achieved a nice raw metal look?
Chair is functionally fine but the paint job looks bad.
What broke is a small plastic oval-shaped bump. It is needed to attach one plastic piece to another - they snap together.
Warranty is over (12 months).
I'm going to try to super glue it on. I think it will work, the device will just be more permanent and no longer as easily removable.
It's still a good product that I use every day, but it sucks to spend over $100 and have a uniquely shaped plastic piece break after not even 1.5 years.
