Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share my current situation because I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point.

I’m dealing with a mix of whiteheads, acne breakouts, and seborrheic dermatitis (I believe) on my face, and this is the worst my skin has ever been. It feels like everything is flaring up at once and I’m struggling to get it under control.

My skin is constantly breaking out with small whiteheads, along with inflamed acne in some areas, and at the same time the seb derm is making parts of my face red, irritated, and flaky.

I’ve finally gotten a dermatologist appointment next month but wanted to see if anyone else has similar symptoms.
