I am trying to find a community of people that discusses AI like programmers do on reddit but I haven't found anything. Do you have any pointers? I understand it is sensitive given that a lot of people within academia are harshly anti-AI, but I don't think that kind of shaming should keep people from discussing the usefulness of these tools. And anonimity might be required at this stage I guess, so subreddits or forums would be the natural place

I've thinking recently about the possibility of going to archives which use languages I don't know and using Meta or other glasses which have real-time text translation.

Do you have experience with that? has anyone video-blogged about it? What are your armchair thoughts about the possibility/usefulness of doing it?

When people scroll through Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, or other websites and they see posts, like some, share some, see an ad in between, etc etc. Does anything in that chain of action constitute a commodity? people's attention? or the ads people see? the posts themselves? the app? I'm curious about how 'scrolling' could be subjected to a 'critique of the commodity-form' but I have a hard time even thinking of what 'is' the commodity in that situation
