I was freaking out about my IPR appointment after reading horror stories from unhappy people here. Surprisingly, though, I actually enjoyed the feeling. Granted, I needed very little done, and the changes aren't noticeable, so it was a success from an appearance standpoint. But I wasn't expecting to enjoy the filing itself.

My dentist described it as "extreme flossing," and that's exactly what it felt like. So if you're anything like me and are nervous about an upcoming appointment, hopefully my experience will help put your mind at ease!

On Tuesday it’ll be 1 week since I started my journey and ever since I have been brushing, flossing and mouthwash-ing roughly 4/5 times a day, today I started to feel my gums are so sore when I brush my teeth and some parts are a bit purple (like inside bleeding? Very tiny though) I’m wondering if maybe I’m doing too much and I’ll end up f-ing up my gums!!! Do you all brush, floss etc after every meal? i’ve been even doing it after drinking coffee/fizzy drinks… help please!
