Should I touch up this old thing or laser?
This is from 1998. The blobs are ugly. I'm hesitant to do a full coverup as it's on my back and I can't see it. I'd have to touch both tattoos up or one be old, faded, and the other new. Would you laser the blobs? Or just cover the whole thing black, gray?
