Director Pay Rates
I'm curious if anyone has any sense of the range for director-level rates. Based on what I've seen over the years, and recent job postings on Linkedin, Revuud, etc, I think the below numbers might be a decent approximation. Do these sound right?
- "Junior" Director:
- FTE ~ $170k - $225k a year
- Consultant W2 ~ $125 - $145 an hour
- Consultant 1099 ~ $140 - $165 an hour
- "Senior" Director (over an entire Epic implementation, or other director-level positions):
- FTE $215k - $245 a year
- Consultant W2 ~ $135 - $175 an hour
- Consultant 1099 ~ $150 - $200 an hour
