I have a ton of ABC friends, all of them have never been back to the motherland. They will however happily go to Japan 2x a year for 7 years straight, but seem to have no interest in connecting with their own culture.

What is even more funny is that half of them have their name tattooed in Chinese, but that seems to be the limit on how much they are willing to connect with their own culture.

There are so many beautiful things about China since it’s such a big country, go out there and explore your beautiful culture.
