Now that we are spending time outside, my 11 mo old cavachon has been digging holes in the yard. She is fast and furious. Any thoughts on how to curb it? If we aren’t entertaining her every second she will start to dig. Thanks
We have a 10 month old cavachon who is really sweet and wants to be with people, but she wants to be with people and is very reactive about that. We have a private trainer. We have worked on loose leash walking with a clicker and treat and we’ve been doing it for months and she does not seem to me making consistent progress. We still have to walk her in the middle of the street because if we go to the side of the street she gets too distracted by everything. Then as soon as she sees another person or another dog she just goes crazy. In the house, I have to shut the front door because she can’t see anything out the screen door without going crazy and barking. It is exhausting and it’s sad that we cannot take our dog for a walk. She goes to daycare so she could get more acclimated to other dogs, it hasn’t helped. She has to be moved from the area during rest time because she gets yoo excited and gets all the other dogs going. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi! I was give. A prescription for Plaquenil. I was aware of the possible GI issues initially and to be seen regularly by ophthalmology and possible cardiac (QT line) changes, but today my MD tells me that it makes people photosensitive, not just easily sunburned but a rash. I live in New England and our winters are cold and long- I love the warmer weather, being outside, we have a boat, I have two outdoor weddings this summer at the ocean. I am so disappointed. Has anyone had experience with this drug and the sun?
