I’m not in the sun much, but I do use Azelaic acid and need a decent SPF just for my face (in those brief exposures to the sun. Is this a good option?

I got the Revox 10% Azelaic acid yesterday and I’m wondering when I can expect at least SOME results. (Especially the redness)
I put it on yesterday evening and I’ve had no bad reactions. Some say to use it once a day some say twice a day. Considering I’m just starting out I feel like once a day every two days is a good idea.
The percentage isn’t high so maybe I should switch to every night? I’m thinking once I go through the one I got I’d get a higher percentage. Exaple: Geek & Gorgeous aPAD (is this a good option?)
