This is my first time getting glassware at an antique store, and I got this collectible glass cup for my dad and I know he will want to use it. I found some information online saying not to wash it in the dishwasher, and not to store liquids in it for a long time, even though the illustration is only on the outside, so I wanted to check with people who might have experience with collectibles like this - is this glass safe for everyday use, or occasional use?
