Last day of week 4 - 2.5mg

As I come to the end of my 1st 4 weeks I thought would share my experience to date.

No side effects so far and I hope that continues 🤞.

I have been eating really clean and cut my alcohol right back to just a couple of beers the last couple of day and hitting my calorie count.

Only times I have had hunger is last Sunday and today. These are both days after 3 hours of cycling the previous day.

I am switching up to 5mg from tomorrow so will be interesting to see how I feel the day after cycling again this month.

Bonus - lost a little weight as expected from water and inflammation.

Roll on month 2…….

Hi,
Look for some experience advice.

I’m 3 weeks into my journey and out cycling with friends today for the 1st time since being on mounjaro and have not told any of them.

My food has been spot on since day one and I know our routine is cycle for a couple of hours then stop for a sausage butty and coffee then carrying on for a couple more hours before finishing at the pub for a few beers.

I have managed to avoid the pub finish part but concerned about the coffee stop and what to eat as it looks like your normal greasy spoon food.

  1. I have not touched processed meat in 3 weeks and concerned about how my body will react and at the moment my brain wants to avoid it totally to as don’t want to ruin my diet to date.

Just looking for any advise of how others have dealt with this situation
